Welcome to the Windsor Central School District! Please find information below to help you with the registration process. We look forward to welcoming you to the district!

  • Students must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who resides within the Windsor Central School District. If the individual registering the student is not listed as a parent on the birth certificate, legal documentation establishing custody or guardianship must be provided. All custody or guardianship documentation is subject to district review and approval prior to enrollment.

  • A registration packet along with all required documentation can be scanned and emailed to registrar@windsor-csd.org or dropped off at the Windsor District Office.

    Required Documents Include:

    • Immunization Records
    • Birth Certificate
    • Proof of Residency (driver's license, deed, lease, tax bill, post office change of address, current utility bill)
    • Photo Identification for the Parent/Guardian
    • Proof of Custody (if applicable)
    • Foster Family Documentation (LDSS-2999, if applicable)
  • Please find the Windsor CSD registration packet below. Once complete, this packet along with all required documentation can be scanned and emailed to registrar@windsor-csd.org or dropped off at the Windsor District Office,
