The National Honor Society is currently selling tickets for the Broome County Festival of Lights, which takes place from November 17th through January 4th at Otsiningo Park.
All proceeds go towards the dues and expenses of the Windsor Central High School National Honor Society. The National Honor Society rewards students who have accomplished academic distinction and volunteered in their community. Our membership in this national organization allows our students to apply for exclusive scholarships.
